Thanks for joining The Low Key Cafe! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Before initiating any return, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team directly.
Only non-food items are eligible for return at this time, including not not limited to mugs, tote bags, brewing equipment, etc sold by The Low Key Cafe.
Items not eligible for return include coffee grinds, gifted subscriptions, or any The Low Key Cafe product purchased through a third party or where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For The Low Key Cafe products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.
For items eligible for return, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 15 day return window is from the date the USPS delivers your item to the date you ship it back to The Low Key Cafe. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Returns inquiries should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The Low Key Cafe does not exchange products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.
